-Great team attitude -The job is simple and easy to pick up -Pay is better than most other entry-level food service jobs, plus tips (though minimal) -General attitude of customers is positive

Cons

-Management can be somewhat overbearing when present -Training is not as uniform as it could be; could be trained by a fellow crew member or a shift lead depending on the day -Can be very hectic during rush hours, but manageable

You learn to work fast paced and get a good knowledge of salads and dressings.

Cons

Really Easy place to work just gets crazy during busy hours like lunch and dinner and they usually are understaffed. Also need to make a more standardized way of training and possibly make a manual how things should be done around the kitchen everyone does things how they like
