      People, "One" Team Environment, supportive leadership, good benefits, learning opportunities

      Cons

      Could have more off-site all company meetings. Currently there are a few per year. I would enjoy getting together more with work-remote becoming the norm.

      Pros

      Brilliant, kind, supportive people. The C suite truly care about their employees. Great benefits. Pay is competitive. It’s a family environment, working with such smart people with a good laugh everyday. Although it is remote, we do virtual happy hours, birthday celebrations and share stories and pictures of our kids.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any, I was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity at a public health agency that I could not turn down financially. Otherwise I would have been very happy working at Simpson for years to come. I will miss the Simpson family.
