The starting pay isn’t bad. You get to pick the time you come in everyday.
Cons
Very unorganized, no one knows what their roles are. Commission is dicey, you’re not given a clear answer on what that is every month. There is no training, someone new to logistics would be a disaster. Lots of toxic gossip in the office, you’re reprimanded for not coming in. They have unrealistic expectations on how much work a salaried employee should do. If you have experience in logistics in sales or operations DO NOT work here! You will firmly regret it.
