Pros
After working here, other companies don’t seem so bad! EAP is offered but not communicated. Processes and machines are pretty interesting and fun to watch.
Cons
Females are excluded from upper management roles. Very “high school” like environment that will exploit young and vulnerable workers. Unfortunately, the time I worked for Sims bullying and harassment was common and complaints are ignored; resulting with the victim found at fault “it is their perception of the situation” which is wrong. The moment you mention talking to HR you are pulled away and had a chat with. Equal opportunity does not exists.
