Pros
Very good work environment were everyone has an open mindset and is willing to help. Good opportunity to learn how a company changes while growing and for you to grow with it. Access to management is very easy.
Cons
Rapid growth can come with some challenges. Not really a con since this helps you on your journey to become better and it is one of the experiences that you do not have the change to always get.

- I started working at Agriplace in the Summer of 2023 and was amazed by how welcoming and helpful everyone was. - Amazing company culture - Good work-life balance - Good opportunities to grow
Cons
Not so much of a con but more an improvement: here are some areas within my team where specific processes still need to be established. But because of this, there is also much room to bring in your own ideas.
