While it is true that employee separations can sometimes be difficult for those involved, we consider individual’s privacy when going through these times while at the same time ensuring the applicable department has a communicated plan for continued success moving forward. However, we strive to provide our teams appropriate time to work on a project allowing for optimal execution. One of our priorities at Sina is to provide the best possible work environment and employment we can and therefore, we have invested in the opportunities you mentioned by increasing cleaning crews, improving our lighting and facilities and plan on continuing improvement in these areas. In line with our continued growth, we have been heavily investing in onboarding tools and communication.
