Pros

- Friendly employees - Decent location if you drive - You have the opportunity to learn a lot and own multiple projects

Cons

- Not enough direction from leadership. There is no clear strategy in place and expectations are often unrealistic. - Below average pay, no sick days and minimal vacation days. - The building needs work. Primarily the lunch room, washrooms and parking lot. Furthermore, there are no windows on the second floor so most office staff have no natural light.

I want to thank you for your feedback on your time here at Sina. As a growing company which focus is to be adaptive to our environment, direction or projects may change or adapt to ensure Sina and our teams continue to be a success. While this definitely keeps working here at Sina interesting and fulfilling, it may not be suited for all personalities. With that said, we have and continue to invest in optimal management techniques for our team which empowers individuals to succeed. Our leave policies have been recently improved and we are proud to offer fully paid employer benefits inclusive of Extended Health Care, Life, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability and Critical Illness. Yes there are some areas of our facility which lacks windows but we continue to invest in improving our facility in all areas.

Pros

- Management are nice and good people, but bad managers - Decent Salary - Great team - Big marketing budget, great marketing tools, you can learn a lot! - They pay for every training or certification you want in your field.

Cons

- Bad offices with no windows on the whole floor, so no natural light is coming in. - The cleaners come once a week and barely does anything. - A tiny kitchen which seats around 15 people but there around 150 employees. - The marketing plans changed weekly, there is no leadership in the team. Nobody knew what the other person worked on. - People get fired during lunch with no explanation to employees. - Had to wait for a few days to get pens and a notebook, like they were surprised that I have started.

Thank you for your input and appreciate the positive feedback, we will continue to grow on these strengths! Because we invest in a strategy of responsiveness, there are times where our data team finds insights that require quick action. While it is true that employee separations can sometimes be difficult for those involved, we consider individual’s privacy when going through these times while at the same time ensuring the applicable department has a communicated plan for continued success moving forward. However, we strive to provide our teams appropriate time to work on a project allowing for optimal execution. One of our priorities at Sina is to provide the best possible work environment and employment we can and therefore, we have invested in the opportunities you mentioned by increasing cleaning crews, improving our lighting and facilities and plan on continuing improvement in these areas. In line with our continued growth, we have been heavily investing in onboarding tools and communication.

Pros

Learn a lot about printing and graphic design

Cons

Extremely busy schedule trying too handle way too many calls and cases. Required to learn a lot of very technical stuff which goes way beyond what would be expected for a minimum pay customer service job. Very long hours with 9 hrs schedule
