      Love the work Environment

      Pros

      1) Will gain lot of earth work & estimation related knowledge 2) If you can stick around then you will be one of the best quantity estimator around 3) Will learn in and out of AGTEK/Heavybid software's 4) Colleagues are very to get along and while work environment is very friendly.

      Cons

      1) Less Holidays and there no sick leaves other than bunch of paid leaves which will be utilized for everything. 2) 9hr work day 3) Pay should be better. 4) Little slow to adapt to new things or changes.

      Decent Pay. Some good people in the corporation

      LOTS: A company that is ultimately a good ole boy system. If you're not in, you're encouraged to not communicate with anyone in the system. My boss in accounting, purchasing, was certifiably psychotic. I'm a great employee and always do my best, trust worthy and able to adapt to most situations. I've never been treated so bad by an employer. When I started the position, I was told the person before me quit after two weeks working for this boss. My Cohort hated her job as well but couldn't do anything else with her life but work there. It seems accounting in general had problems. Please heed my advice and stay away from this company. While a prosperous company, there's better companies to work for. You will be treated better elsewhere.

Our Accounting team is comprised of rock stars only and its hard to have a "good ole boy" system when your surrounded by a number of hard working, dedicated, smart women.       Pros

      No issue with getting paid. Good people to work with

      Cons

      Management doesn't run company owners do most upper management is lazy disengaged and not productive due to ownership. Benefits SUCK pay is ok but they believe in working more but paying less. Company has no future it will die because owners fail to see past there current issues.
