      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Gym monthly reimbursement

      Cons

      No support given by management. You are not made to feel like a valued member of the team. Internal systems hard to navigate to find the information required to do your job. Management use you to build up a strong pipeline and then get rid of you. Verbal abuse by management to make you feel like your job is in danger.

      Financial instability at Sinch

      Nothing that is positive about Sinch

      Cons

      I have seen staff who work hard and contribute, who are made redundant all because of Sinch budgets. You always have to check your back just incase Sinch management are holding a knife over you!

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Fast growing, clear vision, great team and a lot of fun. Big plans for future growth and the team has consistently shown the ability to deliver on these. If you are interested in the messaging/CPaaS space Sinch is one of the best - if not the best - places to work in the industry

      Cons

      In any fast growing company there are pains and finding your way can at times be challenging but the good significantly outweighs the bad
