There are many dedicated, wonderful people who work here. The majority of the faculty and staff have a cooperative, helpful, friendly attitude that makes them great to work with. There is a very positive culture at Sinclair. People here are doing good work.

The wages are not high enough for support staff. I don't have many complaints although I wish the food from Aramark was better.
The college has a great reputation in the community & great leadership, The work responsibilities were very rewarding and the flexibility of being part-time was great.
Cons
however, the WDD is the complete opposite. It does not get the proper support from the non-profit side and the year I worked there the department had 60% turnover in personnel.
