Expectations from upper company leaders were many times confusing, leading to frustration, lack of clarity, lack of effiency, and lack of cohesiveness between departments. There also seemed to be an unspoken expectation that because upper company leaders worked many extra hours that everyone should be working many extra hours when it wasn't necessary. This tended to hamper the culture engagement team's effectiveness.

The owner is one of the worst people I’ve ever encountered. He doesn’t care about his employees or his customers. He will degrade you, call you names, gaslight you all while praising himself as “a leader worth following” which he is NOT.
