Decent patient ratios, mostly helpful peers, and epic charting are good reasons to be there. Lots of overtime opportunities arise

Cons

Poor leadership, low wages, and terrible insurance are all part of the things that caused me to leave my job with this company

Known as the best hospital on the coastal area. Does a great job in taking care of their patients need.

Cons

Hospital is in debt. Patients never receive there bills (billing system error). Employees are high on the basis of "who they know" Pay is lower than any other state in the U.S.
