Pros
Excellent work environment, would cater meals often for employees every wednesday when we would usually have a group huddle. Work hard play hard, a motto they definitely lived by and would have company retreats and a bunch of great events. There was some crunch time but for the most part very little micro-managing and time was well-spent and not overbooked.
Cons
Some of the client work would have some lengthy turn-around times due to a lack of direct contact, most of the time your project manager would have to get the information or data you would need to proceed instead of jumping on a call but it was very infrequent this would be an issue.

Pros
Easy work schedule and flexible with things to do outside of work - Casual dress code (Shorts and flip-flops are common in summer) - Frequent company paid rewards (Friday foods and company Christmas party) - Work hard and play hard
Cons
Difficult to fit in if you did not attend one of the colleges that the CEO or management did - Company has history of creating products, selling it for a profit, and the subsequently downsizing workforce - You actually work for an HR firm as a contract worker within SSS so that means that benefits are minimal - Lack of consistent training and development of current workers beyond staring at your screen for weeks and watching videos that contain outdated information.
