Pros
The CEO of the company has a weird uncanny luck to get good people working under him. So most of the people in the company are nice and smart and can do their jobs well and are a pleasure to work with. So the actual work done on the job is usually god and fun.
Cons
The CEO of the company is untrustworthy and dangerous for the company. Promises are not upheld (about advancements the company will be making as well as person promises to the employee [such as reviews and raises]), and honest respect of his development team is not satisfactory. The CEO butts in with the leading of the development team when he has a perfectly fine manager to do that.
