      Pros

      Free food when it was there and I had a good team

      Cons

      They scammed me, went back on their initial job offer and then paid me less than what they offered. I ahouldn’t have signed the 2 week severance. If you work here, don’t sign departure papers!! Protect yourself just in case you are owed money. They are currently being investigated for shorting employees pay checks.

      What's Expected at a Start Up

      Pros

      - Great coworkers. Majority of the company is friendly and easy going. - Great work environmemt. Work locations are accessible, clean and feel lively.

      Cons

      - Limited resources. Teams are very lean and results are still expected. Typical start-up. - Uncertainty. Multiple RIF causes instability. - Limited perks. No food offered on site. I do not mind this but some do. - Limited growth opportunities.
