The company initially had a positive work environment, driven by strong leadership and employee friendly policies. It was a supportive place to work under good leadership.. However, after new leadership was introduced within the India team, the work environment changed significantly. There has been an increase in micromanagement, along with more one-way communication and stricter oversight of areas like leave management. At times, the approach can feel overly controlling, which has impacted employee morale and the overall work culture.
