You’re given responsibility early on, and strong performance is recognised. If you’re motivated, proactive, and consistently deliver high-quality work, there are real opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility.

Cons

As a startup, priorities and projects can change quickly. The scope of a role may evolve over time, so this environment suits people who are comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change. Compensation is not the best but you can get a bonus if you perform well.

Nice network between colleagues. Nice entry level opportunity for foreigners

Cons

Lack ok managment, from top to bottom. Managers’ first experience at the job and higher management doesn’t really listen to them so good luck if you have a problem. Inexistant HR Interns are treated as CDI (without the pay) KPI’s are set on a whim and don’t really have a justification
