Pros

Medical benefits are provided, and wages are paid on time.

Cons

Excessive overtime, often performative overtime, with an extremely busy end-of-year period. Chaotic leadership, with ineffective and uninformed leaders. Low pay and no promotion opportunities. The risk of being fired at any time. Non-permanent contracts. Colleagues lack ability and have low moral character, leading to communication difficulties. A large number of older employees. A culture of excessive drinking during team-building activities. Lack of training for recent graduates and proper handover of responsibilities.

Pros

If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to learn how to apply them in real-world, this is a fantastic place to grow. The company values self-driven individuals with a strong mindset and motivation. The team I've been working with is highly skilled and open to knowledge sharing, there is even an internal learning platform where senior employee will share their tech stacks and best practices, with real case analysis. The company primarily operates on B2B solutions. The company also offers great perks, including annual health check-ups, extra healthcare coverage, and free meal for employees, which enhance overall work experience. The pay is nice considering the work hours and performance-based bonuses.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging: It's much better than what you'd experience at major tech giants, but like most innovation-focused companies in China, deadlines are often tight, and projects move fast. It can feel a little overwhelming if you lack a strong drive.
