- Open door policy - The leadership team is reachable to all employees. All ideas are heard and implemented per merit. - Employee Friendly policy - Health and Wellness reimbursements, convenience allowance. Sirions always surprises employees by thinking over and beyond employee expectations

Nothing as such. All the opportunity areas are tackled with improvements in the processes.

Sirionlabs is a good company where you can move up the ladder very quickly if you are performing well. The Management is great and there is good work life balance. The company is growing exponentially and very good talent is working in some of the teams within the organization.
