Pros
I like working here. It's a bit chaotic, changes are not always well communicated but I think at the core of it, it's a good place to work. I came in as an Implementation Specialist, and I was promoted upwards into roles as they were created. I have to respect that, as a lot of places get external talent rather than give their own team the chance.
Cons
*Bad communication from the top sometimes -- but the new CEO has worked really hard to address this
