      Pros

      Good pay, lots of overtime if they are busy and can keep work coming down the pipeline. Some good people to work for in the corporate office.

      Cons

      Depending on who is running a project, things can get disorganized and frustrating. Due to poor management in some situations, things can get repetitive and tedious.

      Work availability was never a real issue, as long as you were able to travel wherever.

      Cons

      Upper management is not very up front with employees. They are not afraid to let you go with no notice.
