Pros
Great pay and it's a great product. The CEO who is also the designer has been the brains behind this amazing product... he is a smart guy who is open to ideas and is willing to test concepts, talented data scientists who believe in the product they are building therefore they put 200% into their jobs. Developers are some of the best people I have ever worked with fast and competent.
Cons
Unfortunately, they have people who have been at this job since college, therefore they think and behave as if they own the place. Very clicky and if you are not in with the cool kids, you are out. Like really out, left out of activities, calls, and decisions. Tattle-Tail culture is encouraged and it is a race to who can push who under the bus first. I was constantly felt left out and as if my ethnicity was negative. On plenty of occasions, the support lead was racist, spoke behind my back, and even demanded I be taken out of my role. I was gas lit at least once a week by support or project management until their was a collective effort to fire me from the squad.
