Pros

A great product. If you work in hq much better conditions and benefits

Cons

Sydney office has a toxic sales culture, extremely unprofessional staff. Hq does not adequately support regional offices. Roles that are not sales are not recognised and rewarded.

Great Product - Horrible Company Culture

Pros

Great Product, Services and Training

Cons

Senior Management are untrustworthy. Continuously being kept in the dark about upcoming changes (which happen every 3-6 months). Ridiculously strict when it comes to very basic things. Always over promising and always under delivering. Do not work here if you're looking for a fulfilling career.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It makes me sad to hear that you have had such a negative experience because professional development and the happiness of our employees continues to be among our key priorities. As we want to maintain our market-leading position and stay agile we make frequent improvements to our product and to the organization. We are continuously working on improving communication and transparency to keep employees in the loop and enable everyone to do their job to the best of their ability. Best, Morten Ebbesen

Typical Fake American company

Pros

International travel to HQ Swag Travel for conferences

Cons

Have you seen those American sales movies that are always about the fake hype? Think Wolf of Wall St, without the money. People clap and cheer for sales and wins, everything is loud and energetic and there is a culture that always pretends you are important. Behind the scenes, it runs on favouritism. Management is new and inexperienced. Commission is ok but not great. There is a new focus daily and micromanagement. Turnover is high, like really high. We hear about top performers internationally who are the gods of the company and next thing you know they disappear without a word. Growth opporuntities in Australia are limited unless you are willing to move to another office which is larger.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed your travel opportunities while you were with us and it’s always nice to hear that we have swag! We definitely have a winning culture, where we emphasize celebrating our successes together, although the way each of us experience and interpret such culture is, of course, a subjective matter. We can see that our top sales people often are the ones who’ve been with us for a long time, and we’re always focusing on improving our turnover rate and growth opportunities. Our leadership development program that we launched last year is largely based on co-worker feedback and is an example of how we try to improve by involving and developing employees. Employee retention and professional development were among our key priorities in 2017, and will continue to be in 2018. Best, Morten Ebbesen
