Don't get tricked into thinking this will be a good place to work. It's a shady and incredibly narcissistic environment where they fire people every month. If you're interviewing with them ask how many people they fired in the past year and why. Pay attention to the fact that all the previous good reviews happened on almost the same day, kind of like employees were asked to write them. If this or future low reviews get buried by another wave of positive reviews, take that as another clue. If you're thinking about working there you can make your own choices, but I can't warn you away enough. Your mental health and sense of self worth aren't worth giving up. The goals are moving targets and you'll feel like you joined a constant witch hunt for any small mistake you might make.
