This company is result oriented with a mentor-apprentice strong relationship between the senior staff called "stratèges" and the other ressources. I have learned a lot about sales, marketing and GSD project management. Their intrapreneurial approach is valuable since it allows me more freedom and power to act on my ideas. Its also a good company to learn various skills since they allow you to take many different responsibilities.
Cons
High intensity is always necessary. Pressure is high to work hard and showcase lots of energy which can be difficult for some people. They specialize in real estate. Despite being an authentic traditional and web marketing agency, ressources of this company have to learn about real estate.
