      The opportunities for growth are evident everywhere you go. With so many groups and activities this place is constantly reinventing itself and chasing new opportunities.

      Cons

      As the company grows in different directions it can make for some growing pains. The structure shifts quite a bit to meet the opportunities so it can be pretty chaotic at times.
