      This is an excellent place to start your career. The learning curve is steep, but it is incredibly rewarding. I’ve gained more practical knowledge here in a short time than I expected, largely because the fast-paced environment pushes you to solve problems quickly

      The workload can be stressful at times, and the compensation doesn't quite align with the level of responsibility and effort required
