Pros
There are really talented people who work here, and it's a good place to pick up skills. I enjoy the team I work with. We're doing good work. The technical problems are engaging.
Cons
Top leadership guides the company from an emotional perspective. This leads to passionate leadership, but it also leads to reactionary planning. It also seems your potential within the organization correlates strongly to how much you are liked. I worry that this doesn't leave room to challenge ideas. I find it also tends to negate the experience that experts in the company bring to the table. If that expert is only useful when they agree, did you really need them in the first place?
