Minus Six Sigma - Don't Joint them( Worked in their payroll for TCS)

There are many cons: 1. They don't have contact information of the people in TCS not even HR or manager. 2. They don't know duration of the project , initially they will lie its a long term project. 3.Joining will be delayed , will take about 2 months to give you offer letter because they do BGV of employee for 60 days. 4. They are not aware of anything , just keep on saying that please get in touch with manager in TCS 5. They will lie that TCS will take you as permanent employee in 8 months which never happens

I have been worked for 1.5 years as consultant in six sigma soft solution and deputed to TCS, during this I didn't face any problem in six sigma. Apart from leaves every thing is perfect like salary, update on any information.

Cons

First 6 months you wont get any leaves, all leaves considered as LOP. After 6 months only one earned leave we will get.
