      Pros

      Smart shop. Investment accumen and rigor is top notch. Top level culture is great, but that doesn't always make its way down.

      Cons

      Team dependant things can be hierarchical. A few middle management are known for chewing through juniors and keep getting away with it. Being a credit focused firm culture is quite conservative (hiring, firing, and promoting). Which means career progression takes longer relative to industry peers, and responsibilities for any given role are larger given they run pretty lean.
