      Some of the people are helpful

      Cons

      Everything else. The software is buggy and poor designed, and some of the most unhelpful people work there. “Skedulo Heart” is just marketing.

      Pros

      Skedulo was a dream place to work, the culture WAS amazing, the focus on DEIB and the people and genuine caring.

      Cons

      The business clearly no longer aligns with their values as evidenced by publishing of 20+ the fake Chat GPT produced reviews being pushed on Glassdoor to drown out the negative ones. Sadly it's clear that the best time to be at Skedulo is in the past. Most of the exec team has moved on, the cash has dried up with multiple rounds of layoffs, and office closures reducing any faith left in the team. The product is extremely niche, it's very hard to identify a market fit, and expensive for the problem it solves.

      - You'll be fortunate to work with one individual AU sales expert within the company that helps tremendously - being small means you're seen, drinking the kool-aid will increase your chances of promotion, assistance & training

      Cons

      - be careful about speaking the truth to management, especially when reporting to people overseas. The "culture" tempts you to be open and honest, but the company is not yet mature enough to live by their values 100% - like with many new organisations and start ups, there are those building their career as a priority, raising their boat over and above all boats - be mindful what info you share
