      Pros

      Great experience, filled with growth and meaningful contributions.It has been a very good experience. I started at one of the startups that the group acquired, and from the very beginning, they invested in my development. I had expressed my interest in changing positions, and they gave me the opportunity to do so. My manager was always very close despite the distance; she guided me and provided me with all the necessary tools to develop myself. What I most highlight is the trust they had in me and in my work. Communication has always been very direct and transparent. It has been an experience in which I have learned and grown a lot professionally thanks to the company's environment and the trust they had in me.

      Cons

      It's a company that has experienced very rapid growth through the acquisition of different startups. During my time at the company, there was a significant structuring of processes, so often it was necessary to be very flexible to the changes that can occur, but it's normal in the context of this type of company.

      Friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment. Initiatives are appreciated and work outcomes are result oriented.

      Cons

      Skeepers has been in a lot of changes, however, feedback is taken into consideration and improvement action plans are put in place.
