Cool products. If you literally have no other option, the experience is OK to suffer through while you find a real job

This company is bleeding every quality worker they have to cater to shallow, empty-headed, unmotivated bigotted losers who only think they put in a solid day's work because it takes them three days to manually filter a spreadsheet

People in managerial positions are not qualified. Most others are uneducated. So many fundamental issues with the way they run their business and no matter how many times these errors are brought to light, nothing gets done. There is no internal HR department which is ridiculous (they hired ADP to handle it which is fine for benefits but what about personnel issues and the typical office problems?) They claim to be “a family company” which is only true as there is a ton of nepotism. Otherwise, they have little regard for their employees. They were having non-essential workers come to the office several times a week during Covid to “show their face”. No reason for it other than that they are so old school and don’t believe in working remote. No opportunity for growth and no training or onboarding. Just stay away.

Located in South Miami, near a good area.

Cons

We are in 21th century everything still paper-based. Management lacks excellence. No real opportunities for growth. Right now, is a shelter place for mediocre people laid off from other companies. If you are wondering why their best people left for Stryker, it is no hard to understand.
