The company had a so-called “original group,” consisting of the startup’s founding and earliest hires. They were neither given warnings nor fired, even if they did not do any work. In addition, they received higher salaries and were promoted. Many of them did not even have the proper educational background to lead or perform the roles they were assigned to.
The company also hired people into senior positions based solely on their CVs, often from elite schools, but they lacked actual skills and were dismissed during their probation period because no one was properly managing them.
Those who actually delivered results and did real work did not receive promotions or salary increases.
The CEO runs the company through fear and makes sure that you will not find employment elsewhere either, as they have connections and will speak negatively about you. If you said even one wrong word or told the CEO “no,” you were immediately fired without any warning.
This is why the company is not successful or growing. I recommend avoiding this company.
