- You are given A LOT of freedom and trust here, I honestly didn't believe it at first that it is possible, but that's the reality - you are literally your own boss in a sense, taking ownership of your own tasks and time - at the same time, you feel and you are treated as a part of the team -Flexible working hours, nobody 'micromanages you' - but you can always count on others - Having a work-life balance is a priority here - You are treated as a partner and expert in your field - People are very friendly, supportive and smart - You feel inspired and motivated by others - You are encouraged to develop your skills constantly - You can work from wherever you want as long as you have a good internet connection - the company is fully distributed - Unlimited holidays ( encouraged to take at least 3 weeks ) + at the end of the year, the company is giving almost 2 weeks off for employees ( of course if you don't want to take it, it is up to you - you are always given a choice in this company) -Meeting the team once per year for a week - I have an amazing manager, who got my back
