Pros
Hands-on experience with leading national and multinational company. You will engage with C-level position, and in a short 1-2 years will have big exposure to understand business from end to end (various sector, large array of functions, and most importantly, experience in developing strategy for business).
Cons
Performance evaluation needs to be standardize. Often times, is highly driven by key people rather than an agreed consensus / standard (which at times was conducted but not exactly working to fill its purpose). Working hour standard is not established yet as well.
