      Pros

      The best reason to work here is the property itself. Its a outdoor recreation gem. Great location and many natural local wildlife.

      Cons

      Ownereship/Management Team have no class. At an establishment where the the pure existance of its survival are based on its visitors, and they she be looked at as GUESTS not CUSTOMERS, the ownership team is clueless. No vision for development.

      You're Skiing All Shift Usually, you have friends working as well Race Nights are Fun Daryll is a Great Manager Very Relaxed and Flexible Easy to work on nights you have race practice or coming in on other days

      Cons

      Some issues with pay that were not sorted out (Supposed to be an increase every year, people were actually docked pay backed down to the base rate this season) Only 15$/hr making longer than a 20 minute drive not as worth it.
