Pros

Solid team of kind and supportive people, hybrid flexibility, great management, good benefits. Great mission, and it's a good place to make a real difference in the world.

Cons

Work can be emotionally exhausting (it's often more akin to being a social work than a CSR), the work can be very difficult, customers can be difficult to work with, metrics for success often feel nitpicky.
