-Birthday Celebrations -Working with good branch co-workers -My Manager -The benefits Medical Dental and Vision

Cons

Upper management is a mess. The CEO and the Light industrial chief marketing officer. They are not professional at all or have clear communication. Favoritism among the high management staff like the chief executive officer and the chief marketing officer. No 401k program.

There are very little pros to this company. I won't recommend anyone take a job here.

Cons

-Very poor management (especially the owner and the other leaders) -Mistreatment of employees -Lots of gossip that directly impacts your job -Lots of "Locker room" talk about female employees -Management brings personal business into work -Very poor practice with little to none room for growth it seems you move up by knowing owners

Where do i start! Management is the worse, they do not keep promises. Favoritism is huge and if you are not within their party circle , you are out. It is really disappointing… do better.
