Pros

Health insurance. Some of the workers are nice. 10 hour days. No weekends. I believe that this is the only positive for this.

Cons

Family first only. Promote you but no raise included. Gossip and back stabbing even from the bosses. No raises ever. People who have been there for 5 to 25 years have never seen a raise.

Clean and air conditioned shop.

Cons

Low pay. Poor leadership. Unprofessional management. Substandard benefits package. Recently dropped employee parties due to “financial trouble”. Little, to no advancement opportunity unless you’re a friend/family member of management. Systemic ethical issues from owner to CEO, down. Recent layoffs, firings (and rehiring at reduced salary) due to “restructuring”, forced retirements, etc.

Cons

Less than average wage. Very hot in the summer. Long work weeks. Company moral is very low. No foreseeable raises.
