      Great team, incredible culture Supportive and felt a part of the journey, big focus on learning and growing skills. Very Interesting work.

      Very little pros, the main pro of this role would be getting a nice client to work for

      Cons

      Repetitive, long meetings (that take away from your actual important client work) Next to no chance of promotions No effort made of employee retention Overtime is not 'billable' so unpaid
