1. Java version that is used is old. 2. Only customization of Product .. so work involves only extending a class and modifying some methods. 3. You get to learn nothing new. 4. Outdated version of Struts (1.3) is used in the second product (Back Office application). 5.Even if you are in Development team, it is guaranteed that you would forget everything about Java as it uses Tour frame work. Although you work on Java; you cease to be a Java developer. 6. Other reviews which mentions 'No Politics' in the company must have been written by the HR manager himself. Not advisable to get into this company with a long term career perspective.

Some of the favorite employee of Indore Management rarely appears in office but attendance always 100%. Very weak and partial management at Indore center. Some of the employee always does a planned resign under the supervision of Indore Management, result of the planning always beneficial for that employee. Knowingly asked to resign. All the future management decision become known to some of employees in advance. And they spread this among others. Favorite employees are never given the work which involves responsibility. Thanks to Indore Management for saving them. Always free on floor without any work load. It is intentionally shown to higher management that Favorite employees are having lots of work. Employees are leaving and about to leave, due to bad politics. No one can dare to complain of favorite employees. No one to listen at Indore center. If any employee tries to do that then wrong feedback is given and serious action are taken against them. Politics and favoritism of Indore Management are clearly visible on floor, even junior employees are aware of these and make fun of management at Indore center. Indore Management only promotes and gives the good feedback whom they like.
