The people working here have experience only at this company and not anywhere else, The staff does discrimination on the basis of north Indian and south Indian, the atmosphere is very toxic. A lot of favouritism, and hence no feedback or proper support from the TLS. They only want to make money by giving false believes to the customers, they have nothing called professionalism. Employees are tortured mentally and the growth is just a myth here because the residing employes will never let you grow or learn because they only care about themselves. There is a lot of places where the TLs end up telling you to leave the company on your own or if they put you out it would result in a bad way. Employees are not able to perform because there is no help or evaluation from the company or management side for the employees to understand the short comming instead they make fun off the employees who perform less and not let them work in peace

1. You will learn nothing always the same pitch and expecting people will join the course 2. Too much of long working hours they will think it's greater company . 3. They wanted to work all 24/7 . Even Sundays they expect to be in office . 4. Too terrible environment higher management will abusive you if you didn't do sales. 5. No growth opportunities will be in the company. No learning no growing if you join it will be always be like calling 1000 people out of which 1 people will recived the call and expect that one person to pay for the course instantly.
