Pros

Not a bad place to work for a short time, (6 mouths or less), to hold you over till your next job. You do learn other skills.

Cons

Not as a career unless you are part of upper management's friend and family plan. Example, a family where the father, mother, daughter are supervisors, and the other daughter is a lead. You be the judge. So if you want to move on up work on being part of a friend or family along with whatever you do. Their upper management has knowledge to run a shop of 30 or 40 people. Not a shop of 600

Pros

I would recommend Skills as a decent starting place for someone who is seeking a first time job. Get acquainted with what it's like to hold a job, develop some bullets for your resume, and get the heck out of dodge. Kudos to the Wellness program. It was always evolving and engaging in my time there.

Cons

The management team was out of control. Words and phrases that come to mind include nepotism, favoritism, greed, and abuse of power. Pay was mediocre unless you sat as a member of the management team (or were referred by one of them).

Pros

there are many extra perks if you work day but night shift and weekend shift really do not get the opportunity to participate. if you are friends or family of the owner you are treated like untouchable royalty (Charlie's angels) I am not.

Cons

some of the work people are made leads. Pay is not standard The trainer should not be paid less then the Trainee. HR is not there for the employees but there to in sure that the company will not be sued by miss treated Employees. And way to many Charlie's Angeles
