Pros

Literally the only good thing I can say about this company is that they don't ask for much overtime so you can leave after your 8 hours and spend the rest of the day trying to forget.

Cons

Absolutely the worst collection of managers or people I've ever encountered in any job I've done. Truly horrific people who's worst moments from the last 2 years include threatening to fire someone for taking four days off to spend with his girlfriend who was dying of cancer. Deliberately paying an employee a month late out of spite despite the employee having a special needs child. threatening members of staff who reveal they are looking for other work. A horribly managed old boys club rife with bullying and not one single leader who you can respect or rely on to do anything other than make problems. Pay rate lower than entry level 3d jobs everywhere else in the industry with constant promises to increase but no actual results. temporary contracts for everyone that extend forever and no desire to produce good work, in fact you will be seen as a bad employee if you attempt to increase the quality on anything. If there is anywhere else you can work for any wages however small take that offer instead of subjecting yourself to this place.

Pros

People were great to work with , everyone is very skilled

Cons

There was a high turnover rate and the business felt very much like a machine for making money, and not understanding the human factor.
