- The dress code is old fashioned (shirt & trousers) and the office would benefit from a more casual code (jeans & t shirt), especially since there are never client meetings in the office
- The benefits package is seriously lacking anything other than the usual for a recruiter. The addition of a bike to work scheme & flexible working hours would be nice as a start, additions such as gym membership, fresh fruit Fridays, phone contracts (since we constantly use our phones for work), pension contributions would also all be nice.
- Career path within the company needs to be more clearly set out, not enough focus on how to get promoted & what that would mean
