The company has had a completely new Management team since being acquired. We had our CEO present at our Global meeting in February. Even though he called the teams together saying he was there to listen to the workers on the ground , his behaviour was exactly the opposite. He is arrogant and puts everyone down, from what I could see then and continue to see now. All those who have served the company for years are either resigning or being let go. We dont know who is around anymore because no one tells you who is there. We are selling these wonderful leadership courses yet the very principles and behaviours shared in the courses are not followed by our very own team. Do as I say not as I do mentality! Lastly the women of the company in management are invited to participate in the Women in Action program yet not ONE female in an executive position. How can this be? Every woman who was in a senior position is replaced by a male! So much for diversity and the recognition and value of women!
