I enjoyed learning about the histological and pathological procedures. It was a great learning opportunity. The position's starting pay was higher than offered at other facilities.

Cons

In this position, you are working in a more traditional lab setting. It is a very independent, sedentary role.

Cons

- The training, while well overseen and effective was not particularly well documented for my position. There were many missing or incorrect links within the support documentation for my role, but the management was understanding and helpful with regards to this.

The people and night supervisor is nice to work with. The pay is decent.
