      Lots to learn and free overtime, always getting free lunches

      Cons

      No room for growth. Hard work is rewarded by giving more work, not more pay. Doctor and staff constantly talk bad about patients and their personal information when they leave the office. No clear work roles. Uneven workload distribution between employees. Unclear expectations ethics and responsibilities for staff. Unprofessional and inappropriate patient staff conversations. There were no set rules to anything, “rules” depended on what mood the doctor was in. Unstable and toxic work environment

      Pros

      Employees are great but beaten down by supervisor's abuse. Supervisor takes out her miserable life on those she supervises.

      Cons

      Supervisor very verbally abusive and will make up stuff to hinder you and make her look good. Pure EVIL! Blames her mistakes on you and management will not make her accountable for her incompatence.

      Decent work environment fun at times

      Cons

      Give higher raises to those who have seniority/ great work ethic. Starting pay to high for those who don’t have any experience. Assigns new duties aside from daily duties without pay raise.
