Even though my previous work was not directly linked to my current position (Costumer Retention Specialist), the company assured that I had all the needed training to fulfill the position's goals.
Cons
Working with clients is not always easy, and can sometimes be harsh on us. Nonetheless, the company always tries to help, providing the necessary tools for me to keep clients with us.
My training was awesome. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I received the best training and information about all products offered by Skinpro. Helping people feel great about themselves is the best perk of the job. I am also a user of the products myself so I understand how they work and can give honest feedback to customers.
Cons
Trying to convince customers that it really does work and everyone’s skin is different. So one person may see instant results while others may take a little bit more time. But usually after they try it they are hooked!
There are a few pros regarding working at SkinPro. The salary and benefits are competitive, the other staff members are incredibly friendly which leads to an enjoyable working atmosphere, the work is almost always interesting concerning research into dermatology and all in all I think employees are treated well.
Cons
Due to the amount of work SkinPro currently undertakes, and the good reputation of the company, it can sometimes be a little stressful to maintain such high standards. But I believe this type of work environment brings the best out of people's ability.
