Working with clients is not always easy, and can sometimes be harsh on us. Nonetheless, the company always tries to help, providing the necessary tools for me to keep clients with us.
My training was awesome. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I received the best training and information about all products offered by Skinpro. Helping people feel great about themselves is the best perk of the job. I am also a user of the products myself so I understand how they work and can give honest feedback to customers.
Cons
Trying to convince customers that it really does work and everyone’s skin is different. So one person may see instant results while others may take a little bit more time. But usually after they try it they are hooked!
After being with SkinPro for about a year and a half, I am very familiar with their line of products and can help customers find the best products for their skin concerns easily. I actually use the products, so I can recommend with honesty and can give customers a real assessment. I enjoy working with the people at the company who all have similar interests to mine.

People expect the product to work instantly, and I need to convince them to give it a little time to see noticeable results. Also, some people complain about the cost, but it really is an affordable product for what you are getting.
